To make everything smooth and stress-free, here’s what to expect:
1. Choose Your Date & Time
Please use our booking calendar to select a date and time that works best for you. We’ll take it from there!
2. Payment Selection at Checkout
Although there is an option to pay online, please select “Pay in Person” at checkout.
At this time, we kindly accept cash, Zelle, or Venmo only.
3. Confirmation & Pickup Details
After your booking is submitted, I’ll personally reach out to confirm all details and provide instructions for pickup—especially if you won’t be present at the time of handoff. Please note: while our booking system lists services as '1 hour', this is for scheduling purposes only. All services are completed as part of our 24- hour turn around experience, which means your items will be returned fully cleaned and refreshed the following day.
4. Payment Timing
All payments are due on the day of your booking.
When I follow up via text, I’ll include my Zelle/Venmo details for easy payment.
If you prefer to pay in cash, no worries at all—payment will be collected at the time of pickup 🤍
